In the event of damage to your property, our liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) the cost of repair, or (b) $2,500 per incident. This does not apply if we are found to be grossly negligent.

As a homeowner, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe access to your home
• Removing valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas
• Providing accurate information about your home and cleaning needs
• Clearing clutter from high-traffic areas when possible

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional charge.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
